Invite Karo provides a digital invitation platform that allows users to create, customize, and share digital invitations for weddings and other events. Features include:

• Digital invitation creation with multiple templates
• RSVP management and tracking
• Guest communication tools
• Multi-event support
• Email reminders and notifications
• QR code generation and WhatsApp sharing

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer Free, Premium, and Pro subscription plans. Plan features and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

4.2 Payments

• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is required before accessing premium features
• We do not store your credit card information

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions until you cancel.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (invitations, images, text). You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content (templates, designs, code, logos) is owned by Invite Karo or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVITE KARO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Invite Karo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
